Trainee Foreman

With extensive experience in the pool industry in Marlborough, Hayden joined the team last year as a Trainee Forman, supporting NV Pools with swimming pool installations and adjoined landscaping projects.

What specialist experience do you bring to NV Pools and NVL?

I have been installing fiberglass and in-ground swimming pools for about 15 years before coming to NVL. Prior to that, I worked as a qualified builder for several years. At NVL and NV Pools I am pleased to combine both of these experiences in one industry.

What keeps you working in the landscaping industry?

It’s a combination of different aspects for me. I enjoy being outdoors while being at work, but it’s also the satisfaction of completing a job. Looking back simply shows how quickly a site can change with completed landscaping. Another big part is the creative aspect of the job. Often, we have to find solutions on the spot that are not foreseeable.
