Luke has an extensive work history in landscape construction and amenity horticulture starting his landscape apprenticeship when leaving school.

Working for NVL since 2014, Luke has gained crucial experience working his way up from Maintenance Labourer to his current role as Commercial Manager and Director. These varying roles have given Luke a fundamental understanding on the landscape project lifecycle and has honed his skills in planning, estimating, cost management, project implementation and quality management.

Luke, along with Shannon, is a workspace assessor for NVL’s extensive landscape apprenticeship programme.
